After four years, the E3 Network elected its new Presidium. At a conference in Barcelona, new members were elected to the Presidium including Petr Linda the director of the Czech independent advertising and communications agency C&COM. Added to Petr’s responsibilities is the recruitment of new E3 members in Central and Eastern Europe.
